Corporación Andina de Fomento (the "Issuer") hereby gives notice of the following amendment to the final terms (the "Final Terms") of each Relevant Series, as submitted to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange.

The Issuer hereby confirms that the "Additional selling restrictions" included in the Final Terms of each Relevant Series should be amended as follows:

Not Applicable"

The rest of the provisions of the Final Terms of each Relevant Series remain unchanged.

Copies of the Final Terms of each Relevant Series have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
