The following amendment has been made to the 'TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings' announcement released on 2 June at 15:31 under RNS No 7220O.

There has been a correction of the resulting % of voting rights attached to shares in Part 7 of the form which now reads the corrected 10.10% instead of the previously stated 10.34%, and the corresponding number of shares has also been corrected in Part 8, as advised by the notifier J O Hambro Capital Management Limited.

All other details remain unchanged.
