Results of AGM

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, each of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 28 March 2013 was passed on a show of hands. The number of shares in issue at the voting record date was 66,149,839 ordinary shares.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of resolutions 10, 11 and 12 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscot.com/nsm.do. In addition, copies of these resolutions will also be filed with Companies House.

The General Meeting convened at 10.00 a.m. today in connection with the proposed merger with May Gurney Integrated Services plc was adjourned indefinitely. This follows the announcement on 25 April 2013 that the Company intends to lapse the proposed merger at the earliest opportunity (expected to be 29 May 2013).
