Save As You Earn Share Scheme

The Company announces details of a Save As You Earn Share Scheme (SAYE) with an option price of 205p relating to savings made over a three year period and an option price of 182p relating to savings made over a five year period. Options have been granted to eligible employees, including the following Executive Directors:
