 NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY

£500,000,000 Series 7 Tranche 1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 2020 (the Series 7 Tranche 1 Covered Bonds) and £150,000,000 Series 7 Tranche 2 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 2020 to be consolidated and form a single Series with Series 7 Tranche 1 Covered Bonds issued on 17 March 2015 (the Series 7 Tranche 2 Covered Bonds, and together with the Series 7 Tranche 1 Covered Bonds, the Series 7 Covered Bonds) (ISIN: XS1203083438, Common Code: 120308343)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 17 March 2020 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 7 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 7 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 7 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 7 Covered Bonds with effect on 17 April 2020 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
