NOTICE OF LATE FILING OF AUDITED FINANCIAL REPORT

Further to the announcement made in RNS 8629X, The Coventry and Rugby Hospital Company Plc the ("Issuer") announces that there will be an additional delay to the delivery of the Issuer's audited financial report for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Audited Report").  The Issuer's Auditor, BDO LLP, continues to work closely with the Issuer to finalise their work.  The Audited Report has not been filed with the London Stock Exchange within the timeline prescribed by the DTR Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 4.1.3). Further time will be needed to finalise the report and the Issuer will provide updates as the audit is finalised.
