3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") - Fifth interest payment

The fifth interest payment due on the CULS is for the period from (and including) 30 September 2013) to (but excluding) 31 March 2014. The payment will be made on 31 March 2014 to those CULS holders on the register on 14 March 2014.  The ex-date is 12 March 2014.
