CHANGE OF INVESTMENT ADVISER AND AIFM OF CITY NATURAL RESOURCES HIGH YIELD TRUST PLC ('THE COMPANY')

The Directors would like to advise all shareholders that the investment advisory agreement (the "IAA") between the Company and CQS Asset Management Limited (the retiring investment adviser) has been novated to CQS (UK) LLP (the incoming investment advisor) due to a re-organisation of the entities.

Following notification to the Financial Services Commission the IAA has been novated to CQS (UK) LLP and CQS (UK) LLP have been appointed as the Company's investment manager and AIFM with effect from 1 October 2015. No amendments have been made to the terms of the IAA.
