Fourth Interim Dividend

City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc announces a fourth interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share payable on 29 August 2008 to shareholders on the register on 1 August 2008, having an ex dividend date of 30 July 2008.

This represents a 17.6 per cent increase on last year's fourth interim dividend of 0.85 pence per share.

The annual dividend of 2.65 pence per share for 2007/8 compares with 2.35 pence per share paid in 2006/7. This represents an increase of 12.8 per cent.
