First Interim Dividend

City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc announces a first interim dividend of 0.69 pence per share (2010: 0.62 pence per share) payable on 26 November 2010 to shareholders on the register on 29 October 2010, having an ex-dividend date of 27 October 2010.

The 0.69 pence represents an 11.3% increase on the dividend paid in respect of the same period last year.

This latest dividend payment is in line with the Company's progressive dividend policy which has paid an increased dividend each year since inception as shown below:
