City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc announces a first interim dividend of 0.62 pence per share  (2008: 0.55 pence per share) payable on 27 November 2009 to shareholders on the register on 30 October 2009, having an ex-dividend date of 28 October 2009.

This dividend of 0.62 pence represents a 12.7% increase on last year's first interim dividend of 0.55 pence.
