Third Interim Dividend

CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc (ticker symbol CYN) announces a third interim dividend of 1.26 pence per share (2018: 1.26 pence per share) payable on 24 May 2019 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2019, having an ex-dividend date of 25 April 2019.

The Company currently intends to pay a fourth interim dividend of 1.82 pence per share.
