notified that as at 27 May 2003 SG Securities (London) Ltd ('SGSL') is no longer
interested in the Ordinary Shares.

SG Options Europe ('SGOE') notifies that as at close of business on 27 May 2003
it was interested in 700,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 3.50% of the
issued share capital.

Societe Generale AG as the ultimate parent company of SGSL and SGOE remained
interested in the Shares.
