In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Richard Öther Prickett, a non-executive director of the Company, has resigned from the board of The Romania Property Fund Limited ("RPFM"), with effect from 1 November 2011, the date upon which RPFM was put into Compulsory Liquidation.
