the issued share capital and is now interested in 600,000 Ordinary 25p Shares,
representing 3.00% of the issued share capital.

Liverpool Victoria (1994) Staff Pension Scheme has sold 100,000 Ordinary 25p
Shares, representing 0.5% of the issued share capital and is now interested in
150,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, representing 0.75% of the issued share capital.
