the issued share capital and is no longer interested in the Ordinary Shares of
the Company.

Liverpool Victoria (1994) Staff Pension Scheme has sold 150,000 Ordinary 25p
Shares, representing 0.75% of the issued share capital and is no longer
interested in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
