The Company was today (9 January 2002) informed that SG Securities (London)
Ltd is interested in 700,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 3.50% of the
issued share capital.
SGST Holdings Ltd, as SG Securities (London) Ltd's parent, Societe Generale
Investments (UK) Ltd and Societe Generale AG as the ultimate parent company
are also deemed to have an interest in the shares.
