Results of GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that the resolution put to a general meeting of the Company held earlier today in connection with the Company's proposal to issue £40 million nominal of CULS and a temporary variation of the borrowing restriction in the Company's investment policy was duly passed on a show of hands.  It is expected that dealings in the CULS will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 26 September 2011.
