CITY NATURAL RESOURCES HIGH YIELD TRUST PLC (THE "COMPANY")

TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc announces that on 5 November 2015 the Company purchased £25,000 nominal of 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018, for cancellation, at a price of 97.00p per £1 nominal of loan stock.

Following this transaction, £39,539,453 nominal of CULS remain in issue.
