Change of Company Secretary, Administrator, Custodian, Depositary and Registered Office

CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has appointed BNP Paribas Securities Services S.C.A., Jersey Branch to act as the Company's secretary and administrator in place of R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited and Maitland Administration Services (Scotland) Limited; and to act as the Company's custodian, bankers and depositary in place of HSBC Bank PLC.

This appointment is made with effect from 28 November 2019 and has received the approval of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

With effect from 28 November 2019 the new registered office address of the Company will be:
