Fourth Interim Dividend

New City High Yield Fund Limited announces a fourth interim dividend of 1.32 pence per share (2010: 1.20 pence per share) payable on 26 August 2011 to shareholders on the register on 29 July 2011, having an ex-dividend date of 27 July 2011. This makes a total dividend for the year to 30 June 2011 of 3.87p per share (2010:3.75p per share).

The 3.2% increase in dividends paid this year follows a 2.7% increase last year, and the Company added materially to its revenue reserves in both periods.
