FURTHER RE. ISSUE OF EQUITY

The Company announced on 8 April 2014 that it had allotted, by way of a tap issue in response to market demand, 2,850,000 new ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Shares") for cash, at a price of 65.00p per share, a premium to the Company's net asset value, under its placement programme and that the New Shares were expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 11 April 2014.  Such admissions did not occur and will now take place on 24 April 2014.
