publication of SECOND supplementary prospectus

The Company is publishing a second supplementary prospectus which is supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 28 January 2014 (the "Prospectus"), as already supplemented by the first supplementary prospectus published by the Company on 12 March 2014, (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the placing programme in respect of the issue of up to 61,059,834 Ordinary Shares during the period commencing on 28 January 2014 and ending on 27 January 2015. 

The second supplementary prospectus is required following publication of the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 June 2014, which constitutes a significant new factor relating to information included in the Prospectus.

A copy of the second supplementary prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  The supplementary prospectus will also be  in electronic form, on the section of New City Investment Managers' website (www.ncim.co.uk) dedicated to the Company.
