Notice of Annual General Meeting

CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited is pleased to announce that its sixth annual general meeting will take place on 3^rd December 2020 at 11:00 am. Formal notice convening the annual general meeting and related papers has been posted on the Company's website and was sent to shareholders on the 30^th October 2020.  The note and related papers are also available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Board acknowledges the difficulties COVID-19 presents in holding a physical AGM; accordingly, it is intended that the meeting is held with two Directors representing the necessary quorum of two persons entitled to vote in person or by proxy.  The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, and to contact the Board via our Company Secretary using the below contact details with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or the AGM proceedings.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions they have for the Board using the below contact details, responses to these questions will be posted anonymously on the Company's website following the meeting. An update on the Company's portfolio from your investment manager, Ian 'Franco' Francis, will also be posted on the website.
