publication of supplementary prospectus

The Company is publishing a supplementary prospectus which is supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 28 January 2014 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the placing programme in respect of the issue of up to 61,059,834 Ordinary Shares during the period commencing on 28 January 2014 and ending on 27 January 2015. 

The supplementary prospectus is required following announcement of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2013, which constitute a significant new factor relating to information included in the Prospectus.

A copy of the supplementary prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  The supplementary prospectus will also be added to the Company's website, which is located at www.ncim.co.uk.
