New City High Yield Fund Limited (the "Company")

Date of Announcement: 26^th April, 2011

In order to provide greater liquidity and visibility for the Company's growing shareholder base in the Channel Islands, it is proposed to apply for a secondary listing of the ordinary shares of the Company on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, LBG (the "CISX").  For the purposes of the secondary listing, the "listing document" will comprise the prospectus of the Company dated November 2010 together with the latest annual audited and interim unaudited accounts of the Company and a supplement, drafted to include any remaining disclosure obligations of the CISX Listing Rules (the "Listing Document").  A copy of the Listing Document is available from the Company's registered office:

A subsequent announcement will be made once the secondary listing has taken place. It is anticipated that this will occur in early May, 2011.
