As announced on 18 February 2011, as part of the initial consideration for the acquisition of ClaimTrust, Inc. ("ClaimTrust"), the Company will apply for 614,917 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM, in weekly aggregate instalments, following satisfaction by each of the vendors of the necessary regulatory documentation.
In this regard, regulatory documentation satisfaction by a number of vendors has resulted in the Company applying for 509,097 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Of this application, Anthony Joseph Ferro who acted as President and CEO of ClaimTrust will be allotted 233,194 Ordinary Shares. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 3 March 2011.
Following this, the total number of shares in issue with voting rights will be 26,474,047.
