31 January 2017 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, has been informed that Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, yesterday transferred 49,800 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,305 pence per share. Mr. Neilson transferred the shares from his holding to the Neilson Family Foundation, a charity trust set up for the future benefit of medical research and Young People's charities, to which Mr. Neilson is the sole adviser with regards to voting and holding rights.
Following this transaction, Mr. Neilson's beneficial interest in Craneware has reduced to 3,459,718 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.8% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
