Holding in Company
Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY) was notified on 18 April 2011, that, on the 14 April 2011 BlackRock, Inc reduced its holding in the Company from 2,861,044 to 2,534,156 ordinary shares representing 9.46% of the total issued share holding of the Company. The Company was also informed that on the same date, the BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund reduced its holding in the Company from 1,027,945 to 947,538 ordinary shares representing 3.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
