Cranswick plc ('Cranswick') -  Completion of disposal

Cranswick is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its pet activities, Cranswick Pet Products and Tropical Marine Centre, as announced on 20 April 2009.  Derek Black, Chief Executive of the pet activities, has today resigned from the main board.
