The Company has been notified that the following award of LTIP options has been made, pursuant to the Company's Cranswick plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Scheme"), to certain Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") over 254,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:

In accordance with the LTIP scheme rules for conditional awards, the LTIP options were made based on a share price of 804 pence per Ordinary Share, being the average quoted market price of the Company's shares on the three dealing days prior to the date of grant.
The LTIP options have been granted on a conditional basis and no shareholder rights will be conferred upon the grantee until the LTIP options have vested. Such vesting is subject to the achievement of the performance criteria of the Scheme over the 3 year measurement period to 31 March 2015.
