Cranswick announces that, at its AGM held on 30 July 2007, all resolutions were
duly passed.


Items of special business passed at the AGM included:

Resolution 7 - Report on Directors' Remuneration

Resolution 8 - Authority to allot shares

Resolution 9 - Disapplication of rights of pre-emption

Resolution 10 - Authority to buy own ordinary shares


Copies of all resolutions passed by Cranswick, other than resolutions concerning
ordinary business, at the AGM will be available for viewing at the FSA's
document viewing facility shortly.
