The Company announces that it was informed on 3^rd October 2014, that following purchases amounting to 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in aggregate, between 29^th September 2014 and 2^nd October 2014, Sir David Jones CBE now holds 32,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
