Resignation of Nomad

The Company announces that following the disclosure made in its interim results on 26 February 2010, ZAI Corporate Finance Limited has resigned as nominated adviser to the Company. The Company has been unable to formalise the appointment of a replacement nominated adviser within the 14 day notice period given to it by ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd so under AIM Rule 1 its shares have been suspended from trading.  The Company is well advanced in its search and is confident of appointing a new nominated adviser within a 30 day period. Further information will be announced in due course."
