                               DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The board of Creightons plc (the 'Company') was informed on 15 September that
Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, transferred 580,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing approximately 1.07 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital, from his own name to his pension plan.

Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,344,569 ordinary
shares representing approximately 6.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital remains unchanged.
