The board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed today that Mr Brian Geary has interests in 3,350,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Geary has not previously held a notifiable beneficial holding of the Company's issued share capital.

The total issued share capital is 58,335,426.
