Creightons plc ("the Company") Interim Management Statement
Creightons Plc today issues its interim management statement for the period 1 April 2013 to 14 August 2013 ("the Relevant Period").
The Company's financial position has improved since the last published balance sheet (31 March 2013), as a result of increased retained earnings during the first four months of this financial year. The improved sales versus last year which caused this are in part due to higher levels of orders that may not repeat later in the year. It is therefore unclear at this stage whether this will carry forward into improved earnings in the full year.
Neither the financial information on which this statement is based nor this statement itself have been reviewed or reported upon by the Company's auditors.
The Company's interim results for the period 1 April to 30 September 2013 will be issued on or before 30 November 2013.
