Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dividend Declaration

Creightons PLC have posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Shareholders which will shortly be uploaded onto the Company's website at www.creightonsplc.com and to the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company's AGM will take place at the offices of Potter & Moore Innovations Ltd, 1210 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE4 6ND on 30 August 2018 at 12:00 noon.

The Board proposes a final dividend of 0.23 pence (£0.0023) per ordinary share (the "Dividend") subject to approval at the AGM and the following timetable:

Announcement of Dividend	Thursday 30 August 2018
Ex-Dividend date	Thursday 6 September 2018
Record date	Friday 7 September 2018
Payment date	Friday 21 September 2018
