              Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of China Real Estate Opportunities S.A. ("CREO") announces that a
Circular together with a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting have been
posted to shareholders.

The extraordinary general meeting has been convened for 12 February 2007.

The Circular details the proposed re-organisation of the company and migration
of its domicile from Luxembourg to Jersey. This follows the announcement on 14
December 2006 of the proposed acquisition of the Xidan Centrepoint Shopping
Centre, Office Complex and Hotel in Beijing.
