Crest Nicholson plc announces the allotment of 8,251 Ordinary shares of 10p
each. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in
issue have been allotted in connection with the conversion of Preference
Shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission of these shares to the Official List and listing
is expected to become effective on 16 May 2001.
