ANALYST SITE VISIT TO BRISTOL HARBOURSIDE AND BATH WESTERN RIVERSIDE
Crest Nicholson PLC ("Crest Nicholson") will host a site visit to two of its
developments in the South West, Bristol Harbourside and Bath Western Riverside,
on the evening of Thursday 23 November 2006 and on Friday 24 November 2006. In
addition to seeing Crest Nicholson's regeneration project at Bristol
Harbourside, analysts will have an opportunity to see the Bath project in its
early stages and hear more about Crest's regeneration and sustainability
expertise as well as the Business Improvement Initiative.
No material new information will be disclosed in the presentations which will
form part of this visit, nor will there be any further statement on current
trading. The site visit presentations will be available on the Crest Nicholson
website (www.crestnicholson.com) from 7am on Friday 24 November 2006.
