DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Crest Nicholson Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that Sharon Flood will join the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee effective from 1 April 2015. Sharon will also be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration committees.

Sharon has extensive financial experience in a number of senior finance and strategy roles, most recently as chief financial officer at Sun European Partners LLP and finance director at John Lewis department stores. Sharon is also a trustee of Shelter, the homeless charity, non-executive director at Network Rail and Présidente du Conseil de Surveillance at ST Du Pont S.A (the Paris based luxury goods company).

Commenting on Sharon's appointment, Chairman William Rucker said:

"We look forward to welcoming Sharon to the Board. Sharon's background and experience will be a valuable addition to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee and we look forward to working with her as the Company moves forward."

The Company confirms that no other disclosures are required pursuant to LR9.6.13R.

Further to its previous statements, the Company confirms that it still in the process of searching for a further Non-Executive Director and expects to make such appointment over the coming months. A further announcement will be made at this time.
