Resignation of directors
Further to the announcement made on 3 May 2007, whereby Crest Nicholson PLC
("Crest Nicholson" or the "Company") confirmed that the Scheme of Arrangement
had become effective and in accordance with paragraph 8 of Part 2 (Explanatory
Statement) of the Scheme Document, the Chairman and Non-Executive Directors of
Crest Nicholson have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 3 May
2007.
