Re: 2001 Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative
The price of a New Share in respect of the 2001 Interim Dividend Scrip
Alternative will be Euro16.51. The entitlement will be one New Share for every
305.740741 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and for every
244.592592 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
