Application has been made for the admission to listing of 15,119 Ordinary
shares of EUR0.32 each ('shares') on the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and the Irish Stock Exchange and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected admission will be
granted on Wednesday, 28 March 2001 and trading will commence therafter.

These shares have been issued as a result of allotments under the Employee
Share Participation Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing issued
Ordinary shares.
