Application has been made for 600,000 Ordinary shares of EURO 0.32 each ('the
Shares') to be admitted to the Official Lists of the Irish Stock Exchange and
the U.K. Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities. It is expected that permission to admit the new
Shares will be granted on Friday 15 June.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following scheme:

When issued these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
