RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 14^th January 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 15,574 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.18 and €17.30 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,759,881 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,766,055.
