RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 28^th January 2015, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 4,218 Ordinary Shares at prices of €17.30 and €18.8545 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,755,663 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,770,273.
