RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 17^th October 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,488 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.19 and €17.30 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 22,837,983 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 820,552,355.
