RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 30^th October 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 16,878 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.19 and €20.825 per Ordinary share and at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 51,401,648 Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 791,988,690.
